Chairs are nice, tables can't assemble

I was able to put the chairs together within a couple of hours while watching tv in my living room. You have to use an alan wrench that was provided, so screwing was time consuming. I was not able to put the table together, the screws have nothing to hold them together. It seems that where there is supposed to be grooves for the screws to hold on to, they just drilled the holes. For the chairs you used bolts to hold the screws. I tried calling customer service, but they seem to be having phone issues, recording said to email them. Email address provided in the box bounced back, used email on voicemail. I'm hoping I hear a response back. The chairs seem to be nice and feel sturdy. Only issue is the little table. I hope I can get this resolved.
