The smell is incredible, you know it is truffle and not artificial. Strong truffle flavor but not overpowering. The mayo base itself is great too and im kinda picky about my mayo. All the ingredients are organic which i didnt know but was a pleasant surprise. The spicy mayo was soo good i wanted to eat it with a spoon but i thought better of it. Mix it with ketchup to make special sauce and you will turn your fries or tots into truffle fries or tots and its amazing. I literally try to make foods that i know i can use mayo on so i can eat this its that good 😆

The mayonnaise is wonderful, love it in everything. I would buy this by the gallon. I also bought the olive oil, made roasted tomatoes with garlic and truff olive oil. My husband said it was the best pasta he has ever had. We had truffle honey in Italy and would love to see you offer truffle honey. My husband also loves the truffle hot sauce. I will definitely be placing another order.

So, I first tried the Truff mayo on a sandwich when I first got it. It upgraded my sandwich to level awesome. It has a rich smooth consistency all the way to the last bite. The next application I used the Truff mayo with was chicken salad sandwich. You want to talk about AMAZING...this is it! I added some bacon and cheese and all those flavors together brought tears of happiness to my eyes. The entire Truff line are jars of happiness!
