Opened the box, unwrapped the packaging using the enclosed tool, then let sit for approximately 2 days. It is amazing how well it filled out! Perfect size and thickness as described. It is a firm mattress, holds an imprint of where your body sits/lays after a while but adjust right back to flat in just a couple of minutes. The washable and zippered cover is of good quality as well, looks great!Highly reccomend!
