I have very little experience assembling furniture, but I put together two of these twin beds by myself. It took me about 2.5 hours to get it done. It came equipped with illustrated instructions and the hardware needed to assemble the beds. The reason I rated it with a four star instead of the 5, was because one of the beds frames came with a notable nick in the wood.
