I have had a lot of potato cutters mostly manual. It was always struggle to cut everything. But wow was I surprised by this powerful cutter. I cut 4 small potatoes, for fries, in 20 seconds. Yes, I timed it. The operation is so smooth and quite. I can't wait to try it on carrots and other vegetables. Clean up is easy as long as you don't have to take off the cutting head. See photo, the cutting head has 4 wing nuts and washers that have to be removed. Don't lose the washers. If you have to replace a blade, you will have the same problem. But taking out the pusher is a snap, one latch and it lifts right out. See photo. I love the forward/reverse button, no searching or fumbling to push it when feeding in potatoes. See photo. I like the fact it isn't 110 volts, it uses a power adapter which makes it safer to use. Would I recommend it, you bet I would.

Easy setup with lots of options for slicing, dicing and julienne for veggies of all types. The blades are very sharp and cut cleanly and precisely. It uses a lot of counter space but cleans up easily and quickly for storage. It's not going to be used every day unless you use it commercially and it's sturdy enough in my opinion to be used that way. It saves so much work and effort without tiring you out. Way better than doing this chore manually.
