It is a good product idea, and, because of the lid, I bought these for my husband who has dementia . The lid has a small tab which is used to pry off the lid from the tumbler, but unfortunately, both tabs were broken off - and a sharp, dangerous shard was left behind. I am disappointed as I want to use glass rather than plastic, but the lid, even if not broken upon arrival, would probably break soon after.
