I'll never go back to the most popular name brand cocoa. this is the best chocolate I have ever tasted. I haven't actually used it to make a hot cocoa drink. but I've used it in chocolate cream pie, and chocolate cake. The chocolate flavor is complex and full-bodied, like I always wanted a good quality cocoa to taste like.

Great! Dissolves well. Tasty. Has the least amount of Cadmium according to studies -- which makes it better for your health. I threw out a large bag of another brand because its cadmium level is so high. The measurement of, and comparison with, cadmium levels is reported on the ConsumerLab website.
