I'll never go back to the most popular name brand cocoa. this is the best chocolate I have ever tasted. I haven't actually used it to make a hot cocoa drink. but I've used it in chocolate cream pie, and chocolate cake. The chocolate flavor is complex and full-bodied, like I always wanted a good quality cocoa to taste like.

This Cocoa Powder is similar to other cocoa powders in texture, but as for as taste, the Premium Baking Cocoa Powder is noticeably richer in flavor, as it has a more robust chocolate flavor and aroma you would expect in a chocolate bar. It makes the some of the most Devine Hot Cocoa, as it offers a soothing flavor and chocolate essence. The bag reseals very nicely, and is easy to open. The cocoa powder mixes easily into liquids, and it isn't very gritty. I've made so many hot cocoa beverages with this cocoa powder, and when I want a richer chocolate experience, I would opt for the Premium Cocoa, truly a delight to have on hand.
