the seller truly misrepresents the measurements of this item. if you can see from my photos not even a small kitten could fit this cone on the first clip. it's made very well outside of the size being wrong. but I'm mad because I have to reorder another one to make it in time for my cat's surgery. it shipped very quickly. but the measurements are wrong! the advertisement said that the neck was 7.5 to 11.5 and that is inaccurate. the picture that you see is on the first button and if it gets any smaller to the third button the hole is completely closed. there is no stretch to the neck area at all so I'm not sure where they're getting these measurements from.
