About the Switch
1.It’s normal that sometimes the indicator light goes out while the product is working, since the dynamic adjustment of the temperature controller is triggered. The product here is working at KEEP WARM function. Please wait for 1-3 minutes, or rotate the knob to a higher power to get the product starts heating again and the light will be on.
2.At the first few uses, it's normal that there is smoke arose at a high temperature or the heating plate smell burnt, which is caused by the protective oil left on spare parts and screws. After using a few times, the smell will fade away.
