1. UPS damaged the box and couldn't deliver the order and needed my info again,but then wanted to charge me a fee....to resend my order...I let Walmart know and told them to cancel my order. 2. I received the order on Saturday . 3. I was again disappointed that the raincoat didn't fit...my dog wears size medium and the size that I received WAS medium, But didn't fit,it was too small....the material that this raincoat was very thin plastic and made very cheap.....for the price that they charge. Will never order from this maker again! Walmart should not sell this item from this company. I have bought dog items from Walmart in person and was very satisfied...so this is why I took a chance to order on line.....but never again from the company that makes this raincoat. Walmart should check out this dog raincoat and I am positive they will agree with me. I have bought dog clothes at the dollar store that better then this item.
