Great way to add Omega-3s into your diet
I like to take fish oil pills because I don't eat fish as often as I should. I still want the benefits provided from the EPA and DHA, so this is a good alternative. Each softgel contains 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA, which is more than my chosen prenatal, but not as much as some other competitors' stand alone supplements. Like most pills I can't see any immediate effects. However, I didn't notice either a lemon flavor or any fishy flavor going down, though I do occasionally get lemony/fishy burps. They were about the same size as other fish oil softgels I've taken. Would recommend!

Pure Goodness in this Supplement
These EPA/DHA with Lemon capsules contain a fish oil concentrate supplement that promotes cardiovascular health which have the benefits of promoting cardiovascular health by supporting healthy triglyceride and lipid metabolism, maintaining healthy blood flow, and supporting healthy platelet function. As we age it also helps me with cognitive function: I like they're free from wheat, eggs, tree nuts & peanuts, gluten, artificial colors, flavors & sweeteners, coatings and shellacs, GMOs, and unnecessary binders, fillers & preservatives. Only been on them for a week but know these are going to help!

Better tasting fish oil supplement!
Husband has been takin g fish oil supplements for many years. They are good for you, but often the taste is not the greatest. Saw this brand and decided to give them a try. Like they are organic and has a bit of lemon flavor. Husband likes them will continue to use.
