This phone is for my son. He's very happy with it. Installation without the help of Verizon was time consuming. Call Apple. If you want to switch from one phone to another and don't want to pay Verizon, call Apple support. Amazing Customer Care there. Skip Verizon if that's your carrier...Apple Support rocks!
