Verified Purchase

It was hard to assemble. They don't swivel well. The foot rest is so hard to use. It also doesn't stay up. Someone sits and has to pull the foot stool up. Once it's up and you put your legs on it, it falls half way through. Highly disappointed in this product. Not sure how to ship it back so I'm stuck with it. It looks okay but the functions and comfort isn't there.
