I add this to my morning water and sometimes to my water bottle I take to work. Doesn't really have a taste, which is good. I notice a big difference with my anxiety when o take it, definitely having fewer emotional ups and downs through the day. Gets me through my work shifts most of the time!

Best Supplement

I have taken a lot of supplements over the years and this one is by far my favorite. The results are great and the effects are as described. The powder form works faster and better for me. I can't recommend this product enough - it does what it's suppose to. In addition this is by far the best price I have seen.

Great value, quality

Now Foods is a well known discount company of great quality. Swanson's discounts of their line makes some of their products unbelievably reasonable. Just another outstanding feature of Swanson. This is quality GABA at a phenomenal price. Helps with sleep. Will not find this type of deal anywhere else.Thank you.
