The FORMUFIT 1/2 in. 5-Way Cross Furniture Grade PVC Fitting in Purple allows you to include center supports or add strong structural base foundations in PVC applications. This PVC side-outlet cross fitting connects five (5) segments of 1/2 in. Schedule 40 PVC pipe at separate planes with four horizontal connections and one vertical in a single connector. With its furniture grade construction, this fitting is designed to be used in nearly any application, including total weather exposure and outdoor use. Injection molded using engineered plastics, including UV resistance and impact resistance properties, this PVC fitting will not change color, fade, crack or become brittle even in years of direct sunlight and abuse. This fitting is compatible with standard 1/2 in. Schedule 40 PVC plumbing pipe or with FORMUFIT 1/2 in. Furniture Grade PVC Pipe. The sockets of this fitting have an actual inside diameter of 13/16” (0.840”), which directly matches the outside diameter of 1/2 in. size PVC pipe for a secure and tight fit.
