Great idea.

I waa leary but dexidwd to at least try it, and was pleasantly surprised. I am in an assisted living apartment so,of course I don't have her a stove, so this is a perfect solution for me. The texture is a little different, but I don't find unpleasant in any way. I do advise that you salt it.
