VERY PROMPT DELIVERY, EASY TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, VERY VERY QUIET.

This thing is a beast! We purchased to cool our upstairs which is always so hot. Our upstairs is open and is around 900 total sf and this AC cools the entire upstairs and I can even feel it radiating downstairs and it is freezing! I keep it set on 70 and it is like ice cubes when it is 90 degrees outside and humid in the Ohio Valley summer heat. (feel like temps are 100 outside). I only wish I would have purchased the extended warranty but I was skeptical on if this would even work since I had other units that did not last a week and had to be returned. I thought I could go back and purchase the warranty separate after a few days but I was wrong. If you buy this AC you will love it just prepare to live in Antarctica! The only cons is this is super heavy so hard to carry up the stairs and the vents have to be assembled and it is such a pain. If you move the unit at all the vents will pop out and it will take FOREVER to get them back in the piece needed to hook into the unit. With as much as you pay for this, the vents should come fully assembled and just need to be put in place. This is one area Honeywell could learn from Haier, whose unit did not work well for us but at least their vents and window kits are user friendly and works much better at keeping the window sealed.
