Disappointed

Really disappointed. Mascara is totally dried out. Sticks together when I open it and clumpy when I try to apply. Now I have to wait until I can print out the label, send it back, wait until I get refunded and order somewhere else. I think this was just an really old product thats ready for the trash. Otherwise the product is great when its new, I use it since a few years!
