this thing os horrible. it sounds like a tractor in your kitchen. the description is very inacurate doesnt hold or make as much as described, also was supposed to be self cleaning. no where was there any buttons for it nor did it mention it in the instructions. thats the reason why were getting a new one. we want a self cleaning model.. . i hate to say it but i should have listened to my wife and spent the extra $40 or $50 and got the better one that makes and holds more. is quiet.
