Bought two of these. So glad I did. Happy not to have to maintain wood. I word to the wise, some of the online resources indycsur that the hardware for the bolt down brackets is included in the kit....that is no longer true. Also, while you are at the store getting the lumber that goes inside these plus the bolt down bracket hardware, don't forget the lumber for the shims that go on the four uprights. It is another necessary item to be purchased but does not appear on the supply list. My husband and my father put these up in a day and a half total time. The second one went faster once we were familiar with the sometimes strangely worded directions.

Love it! Would buy again.
We needed some shade on our back patio and the 12 X 12 Pergola was perfect for our needs. My husband (who is 69 years young) and I as his assistant (just turned 65) put it together. He laid out all the pieces, read the instructions (which are very clear) had no problem putting it together. What a difference it makes in our backyard. Very happy that we got this in time for summer.

Pleased with results
The order was delivered before expected and put where we wanted. We have not put it up completely but there were plenty of reviews so we knew what we were getting into. There are items you need that are not included like 4x4 posts an 2 " x 6" x 12' lumber. This was communicated by outside references. The instructions are well written.
