Love it

I just read the question and answer portion and apparently the customer service has no idea about this product. I just built this pergula and it's very sturdy. The instructions tell you that you must purchase additional lumber. 3 4x4 posts 2 2x6x12 boards and a 2x6x10. The vinyl slips over the pretreated lumber. Its takes a little time, but it's beautiful when finished.

I would not buy this product again

Flimsy. The 3 post have no core support. The overhead slats do not give it any additional support.
