I bought this item because of digestive problems including pain from the right side of the abdomen and the upper and the middle of my back. Even though many company brands state to not take dandelion root in any form (tea, capsules, etc.) if one has gallbladder or bile duct concerns, I decided to take these capsules after reading from two blogs of two people who stated relief from having a suspected gallbladder attack. I took first magnesium glycinate capsules to protect from pain, waited at least a half hour and then took one capsule. It gave me relief. I haven't had pain as a result from taking these capsules. I plan to buy more because they were effective and the capsules were full and neatly packaged. I would recommend that one has other side like apple cider vinegar, a highly absorbent form of magnesium like magnesium glycinate to help relax the bike duct and the muscles and any gallbladder cleanse as a backup. I did take products from a gallbladder cleanse kit before initially using and weeks after. I've had no problems with using this product. I'd recommend this product to those with digestive issues plus I advise one to change the diet and reduce stress and any other factors that can trigger gallbladder and/or bile duct pain.
