Easy and delicious weekday dinner for busy moms and dads!

I received a free sample of McCormick Mom's Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole Seasoning Mix through BzzAgent's sampling program! The instructions on the package were extremely easy to follow and luckily I had all the ingredients I needed at home already. Prepping the meal took me about 15 minutes and after 1 hour it was ready to eat. My kids are quite picky, but they really enjoyed the meal and even asked for more broccoli! I highly recommend this mix because I felt that it was very flavorful and created a very hearty meal. As a working mom, I do not usually have enough time to really think through our dinner plans and I feel that this package can be quite a lifesaver for busy weekdays. If I can provide a healthy and filling meal for my family, then I think that is a win! Thank you!

What a pleasant surprise I received after making this. It was absolutely delicious! The seasonings are perfect. I will be sharing this with friends and family! To be honest, I wasn't expecting this much flavor. I also made it with Orzo noodles instead of rice. Both ways are terrific!
