Cheese Slicer

Works "fine" but adjustment as manufactured will not allow slimmer slices. Elongating the notch will fix that. Secondly, I had to use pliers to tighten the adjustment screw as its so small I was mot able to tighten it enough by hand so it wouldn't move.

can not clean completely

had to modify to start i wanted thinner slices... put in a lock washer so i could tighten by hand ...then realized the roller was a piece of pipe and the ends of the pipe were not plugged and there will be no way to clean the inside of the tubeit can not be taken apart to clean this is not a good thing..
