I know it's processed junk food, but I love Velveeta and Cheez Wiz just the same for their smooth melting. That being said, this cheese sauce is going to replace both at my house. It's cheesy, delicious and contains REAL cheese unlike the others but is just as smooth and less expensive. So far I've used it for “Ro-Tel” Chicken Spaghetti and “Ro-Tel” dip and I'm now a convert!
