Seller will not refund
Returned item immediately, looked damaged, all scuffed up. According to Fed Ex tracking the return was received by the seller on May 2nd 2024. Still no refund. I have contacted Walmart customer service on the matter. They keep telling me lies. That the refund was processed, etc. Wait 7-10 days. I've been told this 3 times already. It's been 23 days. No refund. Walmart won't refund my money and make it right. Purchase at your own risk. Will be contacting the better business bureau. This should not be allowed. If the sellers aren't liable, then Walmart should be for allowing dishonest sellers to sell here.
