After searching endlessly for relief from dry nose any time of year, Neilmed drug-free nasal gel will definately be my top choice of relief from now on. After only 1 use before bed, pleasant relief lasted all night! love the fact the tube has a screw on cap and also a screw on applicator with it's own silicone cap to prevent tube from drying out. Love the "squeeze and swirl" inside nostrils, so easy! Just clean the applicator after each use and DO NOT SHARE FOR HEALTH REASONS, Easy! Neilmed makes quality saline products for sure.
