Overcharge Protection: Prevents the battery from being overcharged, if the battery exceeds 15.4V the battery will switch off Discharge protection: Prevents the battery from being discharged too deeply, which can damage the cells. If the battery cell reaches 8V the battery will switch to limp mode and turn off. To resume use, just apply constant charge to switch on and recharge. Temperature Protection: Prevents the battery from overheating. If the temperature reaches 55C during charging or 75C during discharging, the battery will switch off. Additional features: Stops charging at 14.6V, for single cell over discharge protection, when the voltage reaches 9.4V, the discharge will stop, and the over-discharge protection will delay 9 seconds.
