Are you at risk?

The book goes into detail about the workings of the brain and how all aspects of our life influence your risk for developing Alzheimer's. The blood test, DNA test, scans, supplements needed are identified very clearly in a table. I think anyone that has insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, or is a APOE4 carrier should definitely read this book, it may save your life.
