Nothing but trouble with our heater.

We bought a HeatStar 3000 in 2010. It has been the worst lemon that we have ever owned. Countless dollars in repairs, and even trip back to the factory with it, and it still doesn't work properly. Unless there has been significant design re-engineering, I don't advise anyone to buy this model.
