But, I like it because I am diabetic and allows me to still have pasta. I hope this brand will eventually make a lasagna pasta from Chickpea. I've made it for other family member and they can not tell it's made from Chickpea. Fantastic.

Eat Spaghetti Again! No enriched wheat flour!

This chickpea spaghetti has allowed me to start making spaghetti again at home. I stopped eating low-gluten and avoiding enriched wheat flour due to absorption problems, and it had been years since I'd made spaghetti (with Italian sausage, ground turkey and spices - so easy!) The chickpea protein makes the noodles extra-filling. It mixes great with vegetables, as I use bell peppers and onions. It saves calories from wheat and puts them into the protein category, which really makes me feel good about cooking a healthier version of a pasta meal.
