Assembly wasn't as quick and easy as I was hoping, but it was not difficult. It just took more time. The bike itself looks god and has been fun to ride. I might take off the fenders, but overall we're all happy with the purchase. The shifters are a little different but allows you to correctly set the gear with the micro adjustments.
