No backlight on keyboard

I specifically ordered this model because the description included a backlit keyboard, but this model doesn't have that feature, as I found out upon receiving it. I returned it and purchased an HP instead. Deceptive advertising in this day and age is unacceptable for something so easily discovered once it arrives. Were they hoping the inconvenience of returning the item would help their sales as people won't return it? That's a poor way of doing business.
