Tasty and simple pancake mix
Pancakes are certainly not difficult to make from scratch. But I sure do love a quick mix that you can just add water to. And if it comes pre-flavored, all the better. This mix could not have been simpler. It's great for busy mornings when I'm trying to get my daughter on the bus. I just scoop some out, add water, and then we have delicious pancakes in about 5 minutes. The pancakes are fluffy, delicious, and have a slight chew to them, which I love. These do have a bit of an artificial banana taste to them, but I personally enjoy that. If you don't, keep that in mind. I love that the bag is resealable, so I don't have to use all the mix at once. We tried these with whipped cream and a slight drizzle of chocolate syrup. They're fantastic. Way better than other mixes we have used. Will definitely repurchase.
