Sizing is a bit off, very narrow

I'm a size 9.. a large is too large and the medium is too small. You can see how my foot hangs over the heel a little bit in the medium. But I don't want the large where it's too large and hard to walk. Overall, I got used to it, although a little easy to bruise the foot which I did a little bit yesterday because your foot comes off a little bit. I also have very narrow feet so if you don't have very narrow feet then I don't recommend these for you.
