Product worked really well. I wish I would have followed the instructions totally but I was afraid of what it might do. The product lightened my dark color by at least a shade. But I didn't I use the total product and leave it on as long as they said. I wish I would have put more on and left it on longer and I would have had perfect results.

Used this product and it completely stripped every color out and even lightened my blonde that was underneath, and my hair doesn't even feel damaged.
