I was initially excited that my high arc swing kitchen faucet was delivered. I did notice the packaging came in the original kitchen faucet box exposing of the contents in the package. Additionally the FEDEX label that sealed the box was ripped at the seams, indicating the package was tampered and appears either the SmartPost USPS staff or the FEDEX staff prior to in receipt of the kitchen faucet. Well, the main reason that I returned the kitchen faucet is due to the left side (hot water) screw in connector to the kitchen wall mount pipe leaks. After several attempts to resolve this I gave up not to continue. I was quite disappointed because the kitchen faucet appeared to be well constructed with the exception of the leaking connector. It must be a defective connector. It only leaked on one side, there was no problem with the cold side screw in connector. I cannot provide a recommendation at this time due to receiving this package that appeared tampered prior to the receipt of the customer and the defect of the hot water side screw in connector.
