An Excellent Product, Which Needs Better Packaging

The tumbler keeps beverages at their original temperature, for a long time. It closes tightly and does not leak. My only complaint is with the packaging. There is just a box with the tumbler with no padding or even the word ‘fragile' on the packaging. My tumbler came with the plastic top broken into three pieces. Fortunately, I was able to get a prompt full refund, of the purchase price.
