Instructions
Apply the patch to clean, dry skin on the inside of your wrist 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Leave on overnight while you sleep. Remove and dispose of the patch in the morning. For external use only. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
Dosage
Apply the patch to the underside of your wrist 30-60 minutes before bedtime, alternating wrists each night.
