Different sizes

I ordered 2 pairs of baseball pants that were supposed to be the same size. Although they were marked as the same size, one was clearly larger and was too big for my son. I kept the one and sent the other back, having to pay my on return shipping when it was clearly not my fault that the item provided to me was incorrectly labeled.
