My 13yr old doesn't always have the greatest appetite, esp before school in the morning. She will make a shake with this though! She used water and ice and likes to add powder peanut butter occasionally- and I feel better knowing she got a little something in her at the start of the day.

Hi to anyone reading this, I don't always leave reviews ( yet I shop based on them stupidly enough !!) But I am actually leaving this review simply because this is genuinely been the best meal replacement diet shake I've ever tried ( and I've tried lots of them !!) I have actually lost 2lbs since using this as a meal replacement twice a day (for approx. a week now ) starting the day with good large wholesome breakfast then the shake for lunch / dinner with nuts as snacks in between ( evenings I sometimes add frozen banana or mango/pineapple just to bulk it up especially if it's been long dog walk or workout day ) and as recommended by another reviewer I leave in the fridge for a while which seems to thicken it and make it nicer ( a little helpful tip !) I highly recommend trying this its great and tastes good which is added bonus!! I chose the Chocolate and it is a rich flavor, not chalky like other name brand protein powders (not naming of course). Anyway, good luck and hopes it works as well for you as it did for me! :)
