12 James Walker Bougainvillea, Live Plants – Fast-Growing Tropical Vine, Thriving in 2.5" Nursery Cubes

This is the second time have ordered plants to be delivered. First time beginning part of summer, was placed in metal mail box but stated delivered to door. Found 2 days later, was already fried from heat, plants very small, didn't survive. This time delivered to door but plants are just barely twigs, leaves have yellow tinge, looks like might have bugs since some leaves have little holes,. No blooms whatsoever when pics show with blooms %26 larger size. I've treated the plants %26 have them quarantined from other plants so haven't repotted yet. Keeping fingers crossed! If they don't survive definitely returning this time. Won't be ordering plants to be delivered again.
