Absolutely can't make a mistake with a little Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce. It's definitely a must have for my homemade barbecue sauce. Honestly it's also a great dipping sauce for spicy fries, yes I'm a little weird. If you're grilling a steak especially your sirloin, it's a must have in my home. Great on eggs, meat, fried onions and mushrooms.
