well first of all, i bought 2 of them, but i ended up getting 3 cause there was 1 stuck to 1 of them and i guess the shipper didnt notice it......i bought them not for children......but 2 for a duck pool in my front yard of my 55 mobile home park in Largo Florida , that doubles as a moat and drawbridge... and 1 for myself as a 1 person pool to sit in in the back yard in florida, i empty the water out of it every week to make sure it stays clean and i even use a chlorine tablet every once in a while, i just love them, they fit 3/4s of my body in it, and ill never drown in it, its less than a foot deep....i dont believe the saying you can drown in 2 inches of water........nevertheless i love my little pools and so do the ducks and my little gnomes, if i had more room in my yard i would order 1 or 2 more pools, sadly i dont

We use this for my wire haired Jack Russell Terrier. She has a thick beautiful coat, which isn't ideal in extreme Texas heat. She loves to sit in her pool to cool down. It is low enough that she can get in and out with ease. We do double up the pool (use 2) to make it a little more sturdy. We also put an anti-slip mat in the pool because its a little slick and she is clumsy anyway. It also doubles as a giant water bowl for days she doesn't fancy a swim :)
