runs true to size. fits decently and comfortably. poor workmanship though, 1 pair has a hole in the crotch fue to poor stitching. these are not incontinence panties tho they are presented as such. they are just underware. ordinary underwear. with poor workmanship. makes them way over priced because of the failings.
