Lousy ink and non-existing customer service

I ordered two boxes of 12 cartridges each (Private Reserve Fountain Pen Ink, Supershow Green). Unfortunately, it turns out the cartridges are only half-filled with ink - every single one of them, in both packs. I reached out to the seller twice over the course of two months, and they still have yet to respond. Lousy quality ink, non-existing customer service.
