No warrantee bad customer service not helpful

One of the ground anchor bolts was stripped and would not thread all the way. I called the manufacture and they told me they do not have the any extra grounding anchors and bolts and that I would have to go look for one. I ask what the warranty is because I just need one extra ground and Anchor bolt and they said sorry they only sell them as a set. Not helpful or accommodating at all. Also the bolt and anchor are special and Home Depot nor Lowes sells them.
