This cream has all the ingredients I want, at a great price. Gives some relief to my very arthritic knees. Absorbs very easily. I may try Swanson's emu-oil cream for comparison based on quality of this product, but for now this is the best of the many joint creams I have tried.

I actually use this on my foot to help with pain from surgery. It takes the edge off and helps me get through the day. I put it on every morning and every evening as needed. Its creamy and very moisturizing too.
