Disappointed

I purchased thinking I was getting a plant to grow back every year only to find out that it has a five year life expectancy! When you list as a perannual, you expect that it will grow back year after year not limited to only a few. The plants are all spotted, looks like some kind of plant disorder, so I am questioning their overall health. Other than that they looked ok.
