As somebody with incontinence due to being too crippled to make it to the bathroom in time, experiencing a lot of pain, I appreciate these extra pads to put into my pullups. I not only suffer extreme frequency but also heavy urinary volume. so these save me from needing to line my pullups with 3 regular pads, 4 at night. These are HUGE! Yet not so bulky for the size. Comfortable %26 quicker to change than so many regular size pads. Also keeps the chux from getting totally soaked overnight. I just wish that WM carried the highest absorbancy, I've only found the next to highest. Not bad but in my situation, I could use the next one up.
